01 You will get salary of your service from 01.01.2031 or whenever NGO infrastructure is completed before it
02  There are penaly for fake applicant or misleading candidates, so be honest
03 One person can apply only one application form AVN01 / AVN02
04 For all employees pension on retirement is applicable
05 If one applied form AVN02 and after our examination he are not compatible for central post we will
move him for departmental post according qualifications

Part 07: Level of selection process for all candidates are following

In our organization there are 10-level employee selection process. By this multi-step procedure we will evaluate candidate’s all skill like memory power, work interest, book mastry, one skill ability, social awareness, our digital platform task, academic knowledge, experience and many more.

01 Application Review and Screening
We will scan applications for relevant skills, experiences, and desired keywords, based on candidate’s objective data.

02 Memory Power Examination
We will examine memory power and learn ability of candidate.

03 Skills Assessment
We will provide a practical test or assignment relevant to the post.

04 Behavioral Interview
We will conduct a structured behavioral interview focusing on the candidate’s past experiences.

05 Personality & Culture Fit Assessment
We will use psychometric tests or personality assessments for this level.

06 Collaborative Task or Group Exercise
We will organize a collaborative task where candidates work in small teams to solve a task for highlights their teamwork, communication, and leadership in a group setting.

07 Managerial Round Interview
We will take a one-on-one interview with a team manager or senior executive to evaluate the candidate’s alignment with strategic goals, their ability to think critically, and their motivation for growth within the Organization.

08 Peer Review
We will ask the candidate to interact with future colleagues in informal settings or feedback sessions.
